Hi everyone,
the original issue as described here was for PC players not being able to access the in-game transfer market after completing the Foundation objectives.
If you’re still unable to access the transfer market, we’d love to gather a bit more information from you so we can assist further. Please let us know the following details:
- Platform:
- PSN ID/Gamertag/EA ID:
- Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements?
- Are you unable to access the Transfer Market in-game or only on the Web/Companion App?
It has been four days, and there is still no update on the investigation's progression. My transfer market remains locked, which is truly unacceptable. The least you could do is confirm that you have properly received the information or provide an update on the issue's status.
The lack of response is extremely disappointing. Each day the transfer market is locked, I lose potential profits or packs. As one of the most important features of the game, I cannot believe this issue is receiving so little attention.

We are completely missing out on TOTY. I can’t open any tradeable packs because I can’t add them to the transfer list in game. Can’t spend my coins on players for evos or anything at all. Not responding for 4 days with updates to this bug is completely unacceptable. How do you expect us to continue to play the game without one of the most important features.
