Hey, I am just adding info, as I am also one of the who didnt get the market opened.. I also redone all of the objectives in the foundations group UT. and still nothing 

  • Platform: PC
  • PSN ID/Gamertag/EA ID: xEndr00_
  • Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements? Yes, twice
  • Are you unable to access the Transfer Market in-game or only on the Web/Companion App? I cant access both

I transferred from PS to PC on Dec28th and it has been roughly a month. I’ve done the objectives required to open market IN GAME, actively playing everyday with the playtime enabled, provided my info and issue with EA help twice, and after all that my market is still locked. Ironically I have reached almost elite without the market and now I need my market to open especially with TOTY right now. EA is actually messing with this bug and would not do anything to resolve this tiny issue so many people are suffering from.
