I got super lucky yesterday and packed a tradeable toty paredes but couldn’t sell her since I still don’t have market access in game. Her price dropped 800k over night. Thats game changing coins for me that I’m losing out on because of a bug they can’t or won’t fix. Please finally make this a priority. It’s almost February!
Hey folks,
when you completed the Foundation Objectives, can you make sure that you go to Objectives first to claim it?
Could you perhaps also confirm where exactly you're stuck trying to access the transfer market?
As in, already from the main menu screen where the transfer market hasn't unlocked? Or can you not load in?
Some screenshots could be helpful, if possible. Thanks!
@drafdecode We are only referring to the in-game PC transfer market not granting access after completing the Foundation Objectives. If you haven't unlocked it for the Web/Companion App yet, we've got an EA Help article for that here.

@EA_Vendcera The market is not accessible at all. Going to the market it tab it says the objective needs to be completed. Attached will be screen shots and as you can see the objective is completed and claimed.

Is this really what it’s about? Are you still blaming us, the players, for not completing something that should have already been finished? Have you not read what we’ve all said? We’ve done everything—and more—yet all I see is responsibility being shifted around without any actual solutions being provided. It feels like you’re trying to wear us down so we stop pursuing this issue. From my perspective, it doesn’t seem like this matter has even reached the “bug fixing team.” But, okay, if you want screenshots, I’ll provide them. I just got told by chat support after 40 minutes convincing them that it’s an in game issue because they don’t listen at all that the issue “should” be fixed in the next major patch sometime in February.
1- I don’t believe that at all since it took 40 minutes for me to enlighten them on the issue itself2- How do these departments not communicate with each other on an issue that has affected players since November. This all just doesn’t make sense to me at all.

I’ve lost out on over a millions coins with the price drop in the TOTY Paredes I packed and can’t sell, 1.8 million coins down to 800k coins in two days. We better receive some sort of compensation for this being an issue for this long.
