PC transfer market locked after completing Foundation objectives

Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/16/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? if you login my game you will find that
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t access the transfer market even in the game although l finish all the fundamental tasks and play 15days over

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a bug related to the transfer market( in the game not for the Web market!! )in FIFA Ultimate Team. Despite completing all the required basic tasks necessary to unlock the transfer market, I am still unable to access it.

Here is a detailed description of the issue:

1. Issue Description:

• I have successfully completed all the Ultimate Team basic tasks required to unlock the transfer market in the game！！

• However, when I try to access the transfer market in the game, I am prompted with a message stating that I need to complete the basic tasks to unlock it, even though I have already done so.

2. Attempts to Resolve:

• I have double-checked my completed tasks to ensure all required objectives are marked as done.

• I have also restarted the game and logged out/in to my EA account to see if the issue resolves, but the problem persists.

3. Impact:

• This issue is preventing me from using the transfer market in both the game and the web app, limiting my ability to fully engage with the game’s core features.

• With major events like the Black Friday promotion coming up, this significantly affects my gameplay experience.

Could you please look into this issue and assist me in unlocking the transfer market? If any additional information or screenshots are required, I will be happy to provide them.

    I have completed the Foundation Objectives for more than 2 weeks and stll cannot access to the transfer market, can anyone solve this problem?

    my transfer market is locked , and show me that error , i have completed 1 or 2 faundations Objectives , what shod i du tu unlock my transfer market ?

    I have been playing since the game been established and i did not get acesss to transfer market i play everyday more than 3 matches

    When I click on the transfer Market It says “ the transfer market is locked . Unlock the transfer market by completing the foundation’s objectives group : Ut foundations “ this doesn’t make any sense as one of the objectives is to sell a player on the market. I’ve searched this problem up online but there’s no videos apart from  people saying I just need to play more matches and that I have to turn on some settings on the companion app as-well as the game which I have done , I’ve also played quite a lot of matches . So I’m pretty confused.

    Hey @mrdjones1975 Remember that you can still use it directly in the game to complete the objectives. Other requirements are listed on our website.

    I have completed the UT Foundation, but I still cannot enter the transfer market in the game.(not web or compaion).I think this is a bug, please ask the technical staff to help me.This greatly affects my gaming experience.I think the reason for the bug is that I put this 2sbc at the end and completed it on the web . After I received all the rewards related to the UT Foundation on the web, the bug appeared. The data I completed the UT Foundation on the web could not be synchronized to the game client, which caused the transfer market in my game to not open.I haven't been able to use the transfer market in the game for two weeks now.I play five or six games every day.I am playing very painfully because my players can only be obtained from the player bag and cannot be purchased from the transfer market.Please take a closer look at my screenshot.
