What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t access the transfer market even in the game although l finish all the fundamental tasks and play 15days over

Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a bug related to the transfer market( in the game not for the Web market!! )in FIFA Ultimate Team. Despite completing all the required basic tasks necessary to unlock the transfer market, I am still unable to access it.
Here is a detailed description of the issue:
1. Issue Description:
• I have successfully completed all the Ultimate Team basic tasks required to unlock the transfer market in the game!!
• However, when I try to access the transfer market in the game, I am prompted with a message stating that I need to complete the basic tasks to unlock it, even though I have already done so.
2. Attempts to Resolve:
• I have double-checked my completed tasks to ensure all required objectives are marked as done.
• I have also restarted the game and logged out/in to my EA account to see if the issue resolves, but the problem persists.
3. Impact:
• This issue is preventing me from using the transfer market in both the game and the web app, limiting my ability to fully engage with the game’s core features.
• With major events like the Black Friday promotion coming up, this significantly affects my gameplay experience.
Could you please look into this issue and assist me in unlocking the transfer market? If any additional information or screenshots are required, I will be happy to provide them.
