Player career mode, can not disable first transfer window.

Disabling transfers for first window or entire career is not working. The transfer tabs get removed, but CPU continues to make transfers in the background.

    Unfortunately the option for transfer embargo for first season (or more) is just for your team. I agree, it should be for all teams. Best option so far is just to disable for first window

      @Izdstd agreed. I was excited for this setting but it seems it's useless until the disable the transfer for the AI as well ☹️
