It wasn't like this on previous versions of the game. If this is the case, what is the difference between "Disable transfers first window", "Disable transfers for career" and "Transfer embargo"?
For the latter, can you set a number of windows?
Disappointing if it none of these options affect the CPU. At least on old versions the disable first window would stop all transfers globally.
It would be good to get some clarity from EA on what these features should be doing though.
I was expecting that this setting affects all clubs, but get disappointed when the season starts and all teams transferring players
I'd like to play the whole calendar (including cups and international tournaments) facing the real teams line up, but there is no option to do that ☹️
I'm the same, I'd like at least one season with real squads throughout.

That’s all I’m wanting to know but ea will not fix this be nice if they did cause it annoys me. Come the time I can start to look at players the good youth r gone and best free agents also
