Very annoying. If you want your career to be realistic that really need to be fixed ! Come on EA, you already made some fixes, this one must be done quickly ! Extremely important for carrer mode players

Apart from the fix, can you shed some light on which transfer settings affect the CPU and which ones are just for the user? Thanks
When i disable the first transfer window the game dont let me buy any player or even search for him. The transfer feature isnt even available. At first i was thinking "this is a one season thing" but in the winter transfer window the game dont let me buy any player.
