Player career mode: No bonus for training after buying items

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Basically after buying assets (that have this bonus) and such things with the money of the player you should get like a 5% or 10% boost an all your trainings, well, this doesn't happen, i get on A level and highest intensity of exercise 800 xp points since the start of the career, even though i bought many assets from the shop that should boost xp in training.
What happens when the bug occurs? The boost of xp for trainings doesn't apply.
What should be happening instead? The boost of xp training should apply instead.
