Player Career Penalty Shootout Bug

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Xbox Series X

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? CHRISHOWARD2014
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into player career mode, whenever you get a cup game, let it go to penalties.
What happens when the bug occurs? It never lets you advance past the point where you chose the kick takers, meaning 1 min before penalties I need to Sim to end, often ending in a defeat, it’s unplayable.
What should be happening instead? It should let you click advance, allowing the shoptput to start.

    I am having the same issue. This happens only when I play as my pro for highlights only, or as the team for highlights only. If we go to penalties, I am shown the penalty taker list with advance at the top but the game registers no buttons and I’m stuck in the screen so I have to quit the game
