Player Name & Indicator HUD option is bugged

Expected Behaviour: When setting the HUD option under the "Visuals" tab in settings, the functionality of both the "Player Name" and "Indicator" options should be active

Current Behaviour: The shot power indicator does not show up above the head of the player when shooting/passing with the "Player Name & Indicator" option selected.

Why This is problematic: It's nice to have the player name at the bottom of the screen to know who is selected, as the player name fades quickly above the head with the "indicator" option and does not show up at all when off the ball. But having the shot power above the head is far more useful.
