Player stuck at throw in bug

Hi my player stuck at throw in when leading at 4-0. It wouldn't gone off until I restarted the game, and it awarded me a loss a coins reduction penalty.

Happens in FUT, Rival mode, Taiwan area, around 11. 35am 26/1/2025.
