Players have disappeared

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t really know my tradable players such as Isak ibu konate frimpong where not in my club transfer hub store anything hey have just disappeared from my club no coins if I had sold them not put 1 into an sbc haven’t quick sold any just disappeared
What happens when the bug occurs? Players disappear
What should be happening instead? My players being in my club

    The amount of players I have lost by trying to send an cosmetic player item for example like top scorer II; when i try to send it to my club by pressing R2 whilst having untradeable players duplicates is crazy. I do not know what to do. I was planning on using them for SBC's. Can anyone let me know how this bug can be fixed on ps5 and whether I will be compensated for the players lost. I appreciate responses and active support from EA members on this. I have been ignored in the past when submitting tickets. Can we show that we are trying to improve on that front too this year. The game is allot better than previous years.

     
    I lost allot of value through this bug honestly.

    @lewistapleon Me too I’m also there is some players is disappearing , i was play on SBC
    And i open many packs after that i go to my club
    All my team is disappearing and they request to create a new team
    I had searched on my previous team i didn’t founded
    Fc25 there is many problems
