Players not sprinting on career mode. Making the game unplayable!!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play career mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? So i currently brought fc25 and i normally enjoy playing career mode but its really frustrating when im trying sprint nothing is happening!! But when I play another mode like normal kick off it’s completely fine. Seen a couple of the same complaints. We should be made to pay for a new game every year for it to not work!!
What should be happening instead? Fix the bug simple really. Don’t pay a lot of money for a game that’s doesn’t work right!!

Please fix bug on career mode so I can actually sprint!! Works on any other mode but not in career mode.
