Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find a player aged 23+ in the final 6 months of their contract and try to sign them on a free contract in January
What happens when the bug occurs? Makes you offer the club a few rather than going straight into contract negotiations with the player
What should be happening instead? Should be able to go straight into contract negotiations with the player

When trying to purchase a player in January that is aged 23+ and in the final 6 months of their contract the game will not allow you to enter contract negotiations for a pre contract transfer. Instead it takes you to the club negotiation screen and you have to agree a transfer fee with the club.

At this point there's so many bugs with this game it's becoming unbearable.
