Pro Club Face Customization error

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PlayStation 5
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 5
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? DifferentStrokes10
Which mode has this happened in? Clubs
Which part of the mode? Drop-In Match
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to customize page for your club player
What happens when the bug occurs? I can customize everything except for my players face and appearance, when I get to that page the menu freezes and buttons stop working.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to scroll the menu and make changes

When trying to customize the appearance of my player, the game freezes and I can’t press my buttons. I can change everything but the facial features.

    What happens when the bug occurs? I can customize everything except for my players head, face and appearance, when I try to change the face nothing changes except showing bald default face.
    What should be happening instead? I should be able to customise my face/ hair/head

    Already try reinstalled nothg change. Still having bug. Also happen when i try install at my laptop. Same bug.
