Any update or acknowledgement of the problem? @EA_Pulsar
I'm on Xbox and I have tried every solution I can think of. Clubs has been literally unplayable for my friends and I since mid-November.

We're now on week six of this problem with pretty much zero help from EA. Why the hell would any of us buy another EA game if it's not going to work and we're not going to get any assistance?
Just delete our club so we can all start again. None of us can play and we're waiting on a solution or at least some acknowledgement.

None at all, the game mode is still unplayable. Nobody from EA has acknowledged this since that first useless bot @EA_Pulsar answered in the beginning. I don’t get why they’re just ignoring this, so many people seem to be having the same problem. Stupid game is only 3 months old, how is it this broken…

Every time we talk to an advisor on the EA Help live chat we get told to post on this forum because that will help. But then we get completely ignored.
Sometimes the advisor will say the development team is aware of the problem and it will be fixed shortly. Sometimes the advisor will say the team is unaware of this problem. Just goes to show how rubbish the EA Help service is that we can't be transferred to someone who understands the problem.
Just delete the club please so we can start again. This has been so annoying and we can't even get a reply, let alone a solution.
