PS5 Freezing when Playing FC25 in seasons mode

hey @subhanip123Does this occur at a specific moment in the game or after playing for a certain period of time? Can you please share your DxDiag report with us?

It happens at all times when the game is in motion. At least 5-6 times in a game. How DO I get the Dxdiag report for PS5? Could you help?

In career mode I get game freezing normally happens when am going to team management and making subs like at half time. When I got to select players the players don’t switch then I can come out of it so have to close the came down and restart it does it a lot 

Please ignore the Dxdiag part. I am not sure why I perceived this as a PC issue. Here are some steps that may help on PS5:

1) Restart your router. 
Try to power down your router for 10 seconds and then power it back on. 
 
2) Restore Licenses. 
In the main menu of your PlayStation, go to Settings > Account Management > Restore License. 
 
3) Clear cache. 
1. Turn off your console (not rest mode). 
2. Wait until the power light on the front of the console stops blinking. 
3. Unplug the power cable from the console. 
4. Press and hold the power button several times to remove any excess power. 
5. Turn on your console again. 
 
4) Change DNS. 
Go to the internet settings -> network -> set up internet connection -> Wifi/LAN (depending which you are using) -> Select custom -> choose your network (wifi) -> Leave IP Address Settings as automatic -> DHCP leave as do not specify -> DNS Settings choose manual -> and fill in primary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as secondary -> MTU leave as automatic -> Proxy Server leave as do not use -> Test connection.
