Community ManagerThank you for trying all those steps. Was your friend able to test his account or your account on his console. If your friend's account is crashing on your console but not on his, we can try some additional troubleshooting. Could you please confirm how much free space is available on your console's hard drive? Also, do you have any other devices, like external drives or Bluetooth devices, connected to it?
My friend tested my account on his console today, and he played a division rivals game without crashing.
There is 294.7 GB free space on my console's hard drive.
There are just two controllers connected to my console. No external drive or any other bluetooth devices.
I have reset the console and reinstalled the game multiple times, but it did not fix it.
Now it just crashed again when I was playing an offline kick-off game.
It also just crashed when I was afk and left it idle for around 10-15minutes in SBCs menu in UT.
