PS5 no voices or commentary

I have this problem where I don’t hear any voice or commentary, not even the 'EA Sports, it's in the game' voice. I play on PS5, and I've had this issue with FIFA 23, FC 24, and FC 25. I noticed that when I delete the save files and settings files, the game audio works again. However, after I reach the main menu and start a game, the voice audio stops working (the intro with Zidane is also muted in FC 25). I tried disabling 3D audio, but it didn’t help.

SOLUTION: For anyone reading this, go to the game settings, then to the audio section (make sure you are in the general audio section), and turn off “menu music during gameplay.”
