- Disable HDMI Device Link
Go to Settings > System > HDMI.
Select HDMI Device Link.
Press the X button on your DualSense controller to toggle the feature off.
Restart your PS5.
- Disable Rest Mode
Go to Settings > System > Power Saving.
Set the Rest Mode activation time.
Save changes.Update System Software
Open Settings > System Software.
Select System Software Update and Settings to see if an update is available. Follow the onscreen instructions if needed.
- Make more space on your hard drive.
- Disconnect any other devices from your console.
- Rebuild the PS5 Database
Turn your PS5 off.
Press and hold the power button for around 7 seconds until you hear two beeps to enter Safe Mode.
Connect a DualSense controller with a USB cable and press the PS button.
Select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database.
Choose Rebuild Database and click OK.

I did all of these steps. I then played one game successfully. Then I was opening some packs and then my ps5 shutdown again. I want to stress again that I clean and keep my ps5 in good condition and it plays other titles for HOURS, stream etc. with no issues. I already reached out to both playstation and ea now for help or a refund and it seems like I have to just take sinking almost $100 (I got the ultimate edition).
