R1/RB Causes player to become unresponsive when pressing

Good morning, afternoon, evening.

I have been dealing with an issue with with the left stick button (L3 button) to be exact. When playing online rivals or any mode. You know we use to L stick alot to move players etc. But sometimes accidently you press the L 3 during the game. So there are scenario when im dribbling or running with my players and by accident you put a bit pressure on the left stick and it gets pressed inside by accident . Well when the L 3 button gets pressed suddenly a black/grey small box appears on my screen and my players stop moving and i cannot control my players whatsoever for a couple of seconds until it goes away on its own. But it happen alot of times during games. And it consted me goals in some situation when i 1 v 1 with the keeper and i aim with the left stick and the game register it like i pressed the L 3 button and it freeze with the same black/grey colored box. It happend when defending too as i am moving my defender with the left stick and you know in some situation during pressure to move the left stick a bit further to try to intercept a pass or to read the attacker and the game register the left stick movement as a (L 3 pressed button) but in reality i dint even press the left stick inside to register as L3. But in any case i don't know if something can be done about it. Or maybe fix it that if by accident the L 3 button does gets pressed that it doesnt glitch. This is my first time experiencing this. 

Its the same for me and its really frustrating. I only had this occur to me in Player Career. But its really getting on my nerves

i have the same issue, what in the hell is this, i already tried all the settings possible and it keeps on doing on a random way, sometimes its ok. Any solution?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you're moving in any mode hold RB/R2 and let go of LS/L3 to stop moving
What happens when the bug occurs? Player keeps moving forward
What should be happening instead?

Really annoying, please fix ea 🙏🙏

My CPU’s in my club are not playing their assigned position. For example the CDM is playing RM and my ST is playing CDM. Is there a fix? Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, happening to me and others too. Also, their faces are the ones created for them. Same big as last year.

Are we planning to address this at any point?

Same issue, its annoying as hell. They better fix this within launch date
