I have this exact issue on Xbox, can't make quick subs or move keeper
Same here mate. It’s not the controller at all as all the other buttons work and the buttons in question work for other things (technical, finesse etc)
is this a known issue I’m guessing?
Same issue on Xbox series X, when is this going to be resolved?
I found how to get it right boys, go reset all the settings by default: game settings and controller settings and then do your settings again. for me its works thanks God.

Hey everyone,
thanks for all your reports. We are still looking into this issue, and it seems to be related to customized controller settings. Resetting them to the default ones as described by @OnisimJTR above seems to be a workaround.
We just want to make sure that this is indeed the cause of the issue. Could you all please confirm if you customized your controller settings? Thanks!
