Same problem here 

I attempted to upgrade my player through evolution and after finally completing the evo there was no increase in ratings or stats, i had done 2 evos to get AWB to and 84 and after completing 2 he only is 82, wasted time for an 82, i want my 84

I also didn't receive my pre order bonuses so whats up with that 

I'm having the same issue with my vardy Evo, he should be 84 rated and have 2 extra pace. 

Same thing happened to me when completing club member evo for Joe Gomez. 

I completed the Power Surge evolution on Joe Gomez, making him an 82. After this, I put the evolved Joe Gomez into the Club Member Reward evolution, which should’ve made him an 84. I completed all evolution challenges and the evolution progressed. When I tried to claim it, he reset and deleted the power surge evolution’s progress. Now he appears as a 82 rated card that only has the Club Member Reward evolution’s stat boosts. Please help.

I have exactly the same issue with gomez , did power surge into club member but hes still 82 rated 

The same thing happened to me. I did the double evolution on gusto and it got messed up. It was supposed to go to 84 but when I completed the evolution it went back to 82.

I had this same exact problem with my Rico Lewis card. No one from EA help could do anything in the two times that I reached out & it is very frustrating! 

Same problem Evos worked fine until I completed the Club Member Reward Evolution and my Rico Lewis didn’t upgrade 

exactly what happened to me. how do we do now to revert it back?

Yes the same happened with my rico Lewis it is still 82 aswell when it’s meant to be 84

I have just had the same Issue with Joe Gomez, I did power surge then club member and he has not received the upgrade 

I had the same problem with Rutter

power-> into the stats —> Ultimate evo

should have been 84 but now only 83 and even lost a skill star :-/

Same issue with Malo Gusto Evo chain. After completed second evo "club member" upgrades are missing.

Same happent with me, did box to box and power surge on maitlan niles. He got 82 rated with 85 pace. When i finished the club member evo, i only god the stats for the first step. The preview  told me it would be 84 rated with 89 pace. It turned out the same card but only +1 in shooting

They themselves have no idea what caused this. Lol they don't know how they broke the code.
