Hey @754638, Please try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way. 

If that won't work, you may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 file after you launch the game.

    I tried uninstalling it twice but I didn't change anything

    You always choose your profile settings after you launch the game, so you may need to delete it and then create a new one. It looks like this: 

    The settings file is in the following location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25

    by doing this I lose all my saves and have to start over

    You can copy the existing FC25 file to your desktop or another location if you wish to back up your save files.

    Deleting the settings will not erase any of your progress; it will only delete the game settings.

  • i have the same problem i ve tried it all reinstall 3 times, check th esettings file however in my files it doesnt appear i dont know what can i do please help me.
