I cannot redeem my completed seasonal rewards. I've tried restarting, etc., but nothing works. The game is more broken than I thought. I restarted, and they showed as not completed. Then I played another match, and now they are showing as completed but still won't allow me to redeem them. What could cause such a problem? The coding? The engine? The incomplete game? I don't understand how a brand-new AAA (£70-£100) game can be so broken; it's as if it was released nine months too early. I have a video to attach if needed, but I have adequately explained the issue, so I will not attach the video.
