Hey @IchiikaX Please reset the existing settings by deleting the settings file from  this location and let me know how that works: 

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

    thanks for the reply really appreciate it man, would this delete my progress in ultimate team?

    @EA_Pulsar I have this problem now, I have the game through Steam and cannot find the file that was mentioned by you.
    There is no way I can get this game worlking at the moment, please assist me.

    No, still have the same issue. I don't know what to do anymore, so I would just try to open the game from time to time expecting it to work but no luck.
