I see that your message is already 3 weeks old
Has EA already found a solution for this problem?
This game has so many problems I have never experienced this before not even with other EA games. The game has already crashed in 9 matches today, so 9 online matches lost in online season.
This can never be a problem with our computer this is a problem in the game.
And what is even worse is that there is no response from EA and I am afraid that this could even take months.

    I have been experiencing this issue since the game has released - exhausted all possible troubleshoots and still to no avail.

    EA needs to attend to these issues or refund the money for all the users which are affected by this.

    My pc runs fine with any other triple A games.

    Do better EA.
