Re: FC Masterclass Objective Notification Won't Go Away

Thank you all for bringing the issue of the missing claim option after completing the Masterclass objectives to our attention. Our team will investigate this matter.

⚠️UPDATE.

 

Here are some steps you can try to complete this objective in the meantime: 

  • Complete the Objective Group
  • Leave Ultimate Team from your HD platform.
  • Launch Ultimate Team from your Web/Companion App.
  • Navigate to the Objectives and claim the Group Objective from there.
    • You will receive an error message, but it will unstuck the objective, which will show as completed.
  • Log out from the Web/Companion App, and go back into the game from your HD platform.
  • Notice that the Objective Group now shows as completed and the dot notification is gone.

    when I go to app or web companion it says that 'Sorry, Objectives are currently unavialble' So how I am gonna fix this?

    @imsuchagambler 

    Please try logging out and then signing back in to re-sync your account. Exit the game on the console completely. If you simply exit Ultimate Team and shut down the console without fully closing the game, the web app objectives may still recognize your active session on the console.

    I am having the same issue. I am on PC. I have logged out of the ea desktop app and logged into the ea companion app online. It says that objectives are currently unavailable.

    having unclaimed objectives are blocking me from playing squad battles with friends

    @EA_Pulsar Where are the Objectives in the companion app? just asking becasue there are no f... objectives in there, no therearen't nooooo stop arguing just fix the damn bug

    Bonjour, votre solution ne fonctionne pas car l'onglet des objectifs est en foncé avec un cadenas, donc on ne peut pas le sélectionner.

    Du coup comme beaucoup j'ai toujours pas mes XP pour avancer dans la saison, pouvez nous guider sur la démarche à suivre pour ne pas être pénalisé alors que d'autres ont eu les xp?

    Cela ne fonctionne pas car on ne peut pas aller sur les objectifs dans l'application compagnon

    Nothing works you absolute liar. Ea paying u good money to spread bs. Ur a joke. I've tried all the methods listed. Not one works. No option for objectives in the app. You knew that anyway idiot

    Where do I find the objective location on the companion app,the hub tab is locked off for me?
