Didn't help anything...plss I am trying to play the game...it's so frustrating....

This was the same issue as last year Barry, and you keep giving the same simple fixes which are not good and won't work.

I play every game that exists out there, demanding as well (Battlefield, COD, Wukong, etc) but none make my graphics card shut down and my PC screen go black, forcing me to restart. EA FC is the ONLY game to do this, which is * since the same looks alright but does not look good enough to make my PC crash.

Stop with the basic windows update, update GPU, correct connection. Thats not the case, it never was. It's your game and it needs fixing.

Please answer the questions...

I’m having the same issues, I’ll be able to play a game max or randomly be doing an SBC and then my PC screen turns black, game freezes and it crashes my pc. 

Unfortunately we all know EA doesn't care about us on PC i dont even know why i wrote my message.

Draft has been unplayable for like 5-6 years because hackers make you disconnect and get a loss instantly.

The EA guy earlier just copy pasted some dumbo message that serves no purpose as this is widespread. 

your GPU overheats and the game goes to black, literally the only game to do this and its not the best looking or running one. 

EA you suck, really. I still buy this poor excuse of a game and wil' buy the next one until a real competitor football game comes out unfortunately.

Please how did you fix it? Everyone else is having the same problem. I can sometimes play a whole match, then sometimes only get 10 minutes into a match and same result every time. It crashes my whole pc, other games are working perfect. I’ve tried every single method there is but can’t seem to find a solution. Thanks in advance(PLSSSS HELP!!)

Sorry mate but I've tried everything from drivers to memory integrity to Bois updates to windows restores and a full wipe of my pc but regardless the game boots then crashes my entire pc and if I'm lucky enough I get to watch the Intro cutscene to a match then as I'm about to play it bricks.

I've paid for ea play pro to play this horse**** and I cannot even play it. It is a joke.

I have done a clean reboot, changed from a 2070 super to a 2080ti, removed everything off my pc except FC25 and still the game freezes and crashes my pc each time I open it. Anywhere from 5-20 minutes into the game, it happens the exact same way. I have done every optimization for enhancing performance and made the game settings on low with fps and hz at 120 and still no luck. Any chances of updates coming out to help this?

Its so frustrating this bug. At the first days of the game release I had this problem then it got fixed after the latest update, it came back and it’s so annoying I can’t play this game. Do something about it, it’s your job to do it !!
