    Thank you for the links, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.

    I have another laptop that is connected via Wi-Fi (not directly to the internet), and it doesn’t experience these freezing problems. This makes me believe the issue is not related to my connection, but rather to something specific with the game on my PC.

    Could you please assist me further with this?

     Have you upgraded to Windows 10? If so, how is it going? 

  • no , for me is a downgrade instal windows 10. i waiting EA to update the game to be compatible with windows 11

    If numerous amount of pc users are facing this same exact issue - sending generic troubleshoots isn't going to attend to the problem...

    EA needs to bring out an update which patches all of these issues for all pc users.

    I am unable to play a game which I have paid £60 for as it constantly crashes; if that's closing the game without giving me an indication of why it shut down, freezing mid game and then constant stutters and jitters to a point where my pc shuts itself down.

    I play all other games without 0 issue on the build that I run.

    Windows 11

    Ryzen 7 2700x

    RTX 2060

    32gb 3200 ram DDR4

    Wifi 6 

    250gb ssd

    1tb HD storage with 600gb free space.

    This issue needs to be attended to attentively as complaints will be raised and other means of actions will need to be done.
