Re: Kicked from every game

This is not the problem I'm having because I'm getting disconnected on the begining of the match and not the end, is there a fix for this issue? Why was I added to this thread?

After completing objectives with a friend, I have since been into 2 squad battles which I won 5-0 and got 0 points and DNF on both l, and finally a win on rivals which took me to a checkpoint , which would allow me to play in pro qualifier tournament however despite winning got a DNF and awarded a defeat.

I’ve contacted EA support and despite being a massive billion pound company has to be the least help or support of any company that springs to mind.

do I get awarded my wins? Do I get to play fifa again, I couldn’t even be told when this error would go away.

we have 3 days to get into pro qualifier and help/support team cannot even tell me when this error will fix and what steps are next. Genuinely useless and a horrible impression left.

I have an issue since yesterday and as soon as I finish a game it just kicks me out. Please give an explanation and fix this issue somehow.

this is absolute * you *, what soft ban??? are you crazy??? with friendlies being a thing, you expect me to watch a * exploit your bugs for 10 minutes??? reatards, give the people their money back you failed you * * 

I never quit games! And I keep getting a loading screen then an error message and saying it's not possible to connect to ultimate team at the moment please try again later! Sort it out it's been days and days like this!
