Same here I opened on console (PS5) and still haven’t gotten my compensation I have tried everything. This is bit fair for the people who opened on console and we should get our compensation

- @Steinias10 I reached another employee of EA a couple of hours ago. He told me that they have reopened the topic which is escalated. Therefore we should be patient. But I suggest everyone to raise the topic, as this is not according to valid legislation in any country.
