@shannonxcii Hello, I have the same problem on PC. There was a swap deal, and I accepted it by mistake. Then, I wanted to ignore the swap player so they can withdraw from negotiation. I've been having the task in my list for more than a season. Restarted the game multiple times, same. Don't know what else to do, seems an obvious bug.

    I was confusing him with another player, this actually was from a swap deal! I completely forgot I did a swap deal as it was so early on in the career.  I edited the post to be correct.
