Check if resetting your settings and restarting your game will help fix the issue in the meantime.
This isn't the only issue... I play FC25 on Xbox Series X and the character customisation is fantastic, but don't transfer correctly when playing an actual match! For example, the hair colour during the in game cut scenes looks nothing like the hair colour when chosen in character customisation. Appalling!
Hello @EA_Pulsar , this problem happen on PS5, the hair physics are missing during gameplay, the hair only moves in cutscenes or replays. Please help.
Hello. After a lot of requests on EA Help to help me solve this issue though a live chat, the time someone from staff to respond has come. Well, I tried every troubleshooting idea that came in my mind. I reinstalled the game and verified the files before and after. Gave administrator privileges to game files and settings folder, disabled the antivirus and many more. I cannot do more than this, cause I have no other possible solution. I played EA FC 24, and the game ran at the highest quality, with every next gen feature activated. It's been 3 or 4 weeks of giving this issue the light it deserves, so the EA team will do it's best to solve it. Thanks.

I also have this hair problem, in addition, the players' clothes have no movement and are completely motionless, and the physics of the clothes (kit) are not moving.

Sometimes graphics (hair, beard) seems to be old gen but i’m playing on ps5.. not all the games, sometimes its ok and the graphics are ps5. Does it happen to you ?
