Re: PC transfer market locked after completing Foundation objectives

Hello EA Support Team 
Hello Everybody 
i have a bug in my account 
Im Already Did UT Objectives > Foundations > Ultimate Team Foundation ALL Tasks Complete and received Rewards
and still Transfer Market Need to complete foundation to Unlock transfer market 

and make a case for this missing content and case Support say Resolved but still i have this bug 
Case#196286067
and there is no New mail !!

Please Help me to solve my Bug I wanna To use my market Transfer i wanna to play with my fav players

1- For Foundation completed 

2- For Transfer market request to complete when i already make it 
3- Case Screen

    There is no Solution for this bug and no any answer with EA Support He is dont know how to fix it i have 2 weeks and multi cases about this bug and no reply or fix for this bug i think we should delete this account and leave game is better @Vahsi_Kellebek

    Hey folks,

    thanks for your reports. That's definitely weird that your ingame transfer market access doesn't get unlocked even after completing the Foundation objectives.

    I've passed this on to the team to investigate, and we'll let you know once we have more updates to share!

    @EA_Vendcera It's been a month and nothing has changed. Playing ultimate team for 1 month without a transfer market is a huge fraud. Maybe you want to prevent cheating, but what is the crime of those of us who don't cheat?

    I played FIFA 23 and took a break in 24. Started playing EAFC25 and started UT last week. Been playing 6 days straight, 3 games per day, and still no transfer market approval for the Companion App on iPhone!!

    What am I missing??

    I read the EA note on when and how to get the app, and according to that I should’ve gotten it approved 4 days ago. But nothing so far.

    Any idea when/how I can get this approved?? I need to do some SBCs. Without this feature the game is UNPLAYABLE!! Please help!!

    @EA_Vendcera Another day with a watered-down version of the game. I wonder what makes me so special that I pay the same price as everyone, but get an inferior product… I’d much prefer to just get what I paid for!!

    CRICKETS!! All we get about this is a canned response about playing games and completing objective that we already did!!! 

    THIS IS NOT SUPPORT!!

    This key feature is DEFECTIVE and nobody wants to fix it. 

    WHERE ARE YOU EA???
