Real Manager hair keeps changing mid Career Mode

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a career mode. After a few days in game Real Manager's hair style changes. If you exit the game and go back to main menu and load that career mode back up, manager will have a different hair cut again that is still not their set hair style.
What happens when the bug occurs? Manager will have different hair than what they should have.
