Real manager hairstyles change

I was doing a manager career mode (on Xbox series X) with Ruben Amorim at Manchester United. When selecting him everything was regular but during the first press conference scene before a game his hair was in a man bun. I created a new save to try to fix this as I thought it might be a one time bug but the same thing happened. During the first pre-game press conference his hair changed to a ponytail. This isn’t a big issue but it’s kind of annoying because it makes the game less realistic feeling.
