Real Manager's Hair Switches to a Different Style After Loading the Career

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PlayStation 5

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably by playing career mode
What happens when the bug occurs? I've started two different career mode with real life manager Stefan Billborn in IFK Göteborg and played for a while. When I save the game and goes out of career mode and later comes back he gets a new hairstyle or hat. When I play a game the hat or hairstyle get locked on and doesn't change. If I don't play a game the hairstyles changes for every time I go in to career mode
What should be happening instead? He should be having the same haircut all the time

    from normal to Fellaini to porny tail and lost all hair ~> Bald

    And here i thought that they actually listened to me when i chatted with them about this issue but no... Sick and tired of this *, these bugs that destroys career mode and these studip things like allsvenskan and eliteserien having the wrong teams in the leagues 10 or 11 out of 12 months of the game. so much promises when i chatted with EA but still no changes....

    Happens no matter what even if you play the career with the manager at their club. The only way it doesn’t happen is if you create a manager. Always happens with real managers.

    I found a fix but it's not ideal. You have to start a new career, and only ever play offline. As soon as you go online, the hair changes, but if you stay offline when you load up the career it will stay norml

    @EA_Pulsar If it helps, the game has two different character creation menus with different hair options. The menus look very similar, but hair options are arranged in slightly different ways. When my player career mode changed to the 2nd menu, my character lost the original hair style.

    Based on what samharvey96 is saying, maybe this is related to the new online "Season" rewards that have now been integrated into career mode?
