Rt button broken on multiple ea games

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure everytime I log on it lets me I rt one time then acts like I’m hold it but if i press the home but it will allow me to press it 1 time and hold again this also is the case on college football I would assume it has to do with ea connect but on the fc side
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m not able to dribble with the right stick can’t confirm any players from back I can’t really can any type of set pieces because it pulls up the players menus over and over and only Cfb it only seems to be a problem before I hike the ball because doesn’t stop showing the play art and pressing the home button before every play is the only way to fix it and it’s not my controller I have a 1 month old elite controller that works fine on any other game I also had the input controller option that is in fc25 and it’s shows is if my controller is functioning fine but the inputs are not working properly
What should be happening instead? When I press and let go of rt it should work you have ruined my experience on 2 games and also made it very difficult to find help
