SAMUEL ETO'O speed boost bug [confident]

SAMUEL ETO'O speed boost issue: I've tried all chemistry styles, but the speed boost on this card fails to activate in over 90% of attempts. Other cards, including defenders, show a noticeable animation and boost, but Eto'o's card does not. This card is famous for speed boost and it worth more than 1M!!!! how come this bug exist... Please fix it. Thanks.
