Sbc glitch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know I just done a 82+×14 and I went to open it and it wasn't their so i done a totw pack and that wasn't their either so I closed my game and opened my game and it still wasn't their so I turned of my ps5 and turned it on and it still wasn't their every pack a do or claim isn't their
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get any packs from the sbcs I do or claim from objetives
What should be happening instead? I should be getting my packs in the store

It's not letting me add any images or i would have added a video of me doing thr sbc

    Last night was doing SBC 83+ attacking players x5. 

    Used a 90 rated De Bruyne duplicate, finished the SBC and then screen went black and brought out of FUT. 

    Signed back in, no pack and No duplicate De Bruyne. 

    Used companion to try and recover quick sell ect, no 90 gold De Bruyne to recover? 

    Happened on 16/01/2025  between 5pm and 6pm UK.
