@AmsterdamUltrasSame here I thought I'd clicked incorrectly but clearly didn't.
How can I send them an email or chat request? I've done it before but the option seems to have disappeared ...

@23batcon go to EAhelp under "I did not receive my rewards". If you scroll down, you should see an "Email us". Send the email explaining what happened. Once youve done that, go back to your case, and resume case.... there should be a chat there.
