@23batcon go to EAhelp under "I did not receive my rewards". If you scroll down, you should see an "Email us". Send the email explaining what happened. Once youve done that, go back to your case, and resume case.... there should be a chat there.

    @23batcon Make a new team without grealish.... yeah stupid answer from me but nothing we can do, trust me they wont fix it.
