When choosing my SP Level 34 reward, I clicked and chose Grealish. Was looking forward to him all season since his loan. I chose him…. However, I received Malen in the store. This was not a misclick. I have no use or desire for Malen.
How can I go about getting this fixed and my Malen card replaced with the Grealish that I looked forward to all month.

I have had the same issue. I want the Grealish Card not Malen. But the game crashed and I got Malen.

What happens when the bug occurs? I was grinding the last xp to get Grealish season pass reward of level 34 in Manager Carreer mode, i unlocked it selected Grealish but then it said grzz you got Malen
What should be happening instead? instead i should get Grealish since I seleceted that player and not malen
I want to exchange Malen for Grealish.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the level 34 pick between Malen and Grealish there was no footage of any player do i had do do a gamble
What happens when the bug occurs? An option of Malen and Grealish on the level 34 option on the season pass
What should be happening instead? I would like compensation with getting Grealish on the season pass and removing Malen from my account please.

unfortunately they are closing the case, Grealish is not being restored, they don't care about the players, it's not worth talking about... we have to ignore this game when they ignore us...
So...when are we going to receive Grealish? The Season is almost ending.
3 weeks later and still no grealish
