Season Tracking Rewards Reset Back to Level 1.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug is located in the Season Levels.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I earn XP, the XP does not work. I was around level 23 when my season reset and is now stuck on level 1. Oddly enough the rewards still say claimed but I cannot progress passed level 1.
What should be happening instead? I should be around level 23 in season. The XP should continue to add up and allow me to claim all my rewards so far.
