Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? FC Season Track levels
What happens when the bug occurs? My FC Season Track which has been completed beyond level 32 (I was near level 33) has been reset to level 0 and I have lost all my SP. As the attached screenshot shows, I have completed the levels and claimed the rewards prior to the bug occurring.
What should be happening instead? I should have over 32,000 SP and should be able to advance to the next level of rewards
I had gone afk for a moment, having been on the pack opening screen. When I returned I noticed how my SP tracker in the top right showed 0/1000. I opened the Season Tracker to find that all my SP was gone but previously claimed rewards that I had earned show as 'claimed'. I have closed and opened the game again, but this has not fixed the issue.
