Simulation mode or custom sliders not working, locked at classic game speed

See but playing ultimate team it feels like the sliders are locked on simulation while everyone else is on classic, everything is an absolute drag on ultimate team.

    I also find out that if I change the sliders in Custom and by accident I switch the screen (like to Simulation for example) when I get back to custom the values are all back to 50. I'm on PS5
