This happens to me in a weekly basis. At least 2 or 3 of the games each week will randomly disconnect. I'm playing on legendary to try and get the mastery cards and constantly get 0 points from several games making the 2nd mastery impossible to achieve.
Never happens if I'm losing or if I've already completed my ranked SB games, only ever when I need the points.
Looking back through previous years this has been a constant issue and never had a reason given or even a reply.
Never disconnect from rivals, champs or rush so it is an issue solely with SBs
I'm having the same issue - at least a few of the SB matches each week. Interestingly, if I play all 12 and refresh the opponents (and keep playing SB, they never crash). I never have crashes in Rivals, Friendlies or any other games modes.
It happens in SB immediately after I score.
I’m glad to have read this thread cause the same thing has been happening to me too and when I contacted EA, they said that no fault has been logged. I’m not sure they even read and address these issues. I got disconnected 3/12 times this week and going to miss out on my rank, rewards and objectives. Has anyone been able to get it resolved?
