Squad battles mid game loss of connection to ea servers

2 out of 3 games disconnected for me tonight one of them the toty squad which doesn't count in the 12 but will if i replay it. My lad has given up playing because of this issue as it makes it impossible to get advertised rewards. No other mode has this issue and it will only happen during the matches that count towards rewards which sounds corrupt right?
