Standings | League: Hard to see the thresholds for league promotion/relegation

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a career as a manager in EFL League Two or any other league that is not the top-flight league in a country. Navigate to Standings | League, then observe the Table. Additional: Navigate to Other Leagues | League (defaults to the LPF).
What happens when the bug occurs? The EFL League 2 Table renders with really poor formatting to indicate which teams are in the play-offs. It is clear which teams are in the promotion spots (the teams between the "promotion" and "promotion play-offs" labels). However, no indicator shows which teams are in the play-offs and which are not. For example, looking at this table alone for the EFL League Two, you cannot determine how many play-off spots this league has. In other leagues, you can see similar difficulties in identifying which teams qualified for which regional competition (e.g. CONMEBOL, UEFA Europa League, etc).
What should be happening instead? Tables should clearly delineate between teams that are in the qualifying spots/regional competition spots so players do not need to google it.
E.g. EFL League Two. Juding by this screenshot, there is no lower boundary for the playoffs, therefore, am I to assume rankings 4+ are ALL in contention?
E.g. EPL (via Other Leagues menu)
Again, am I to assume that rankings 5+ are all in the UEL too?
